Property case study: Reaching new clients with digital PR strategy

Helmsley Group, a commercial and residential property developer and investor, approached us to create a website and digital campaign that would attract new high net worth clients and retain existing ones.
 
Strategy
Our sister branding company Wrapped implemented a full website and brand redesign, focusing on answering potential customer questions and therefore helping Helmsley Group’s keyword phrases appear higher up in Google’s rankings.
 
As well as targeting national and local business and property media and influencers, Wrapped PR currently manages Helmsley Group’s PR, blog and enewsletter copywriting, which includes creating SEO friendly copy for its website at www.helmsley.co.uk.
 
The PR strategy focuses on promoting key spokespeople for Helmsley Group to grow their profile, whilst optimising the company’s investments and successes.
 
Results
Since implementing the strategy, Helmsley Group has risen to numbers 1 and 2 on Google search for its defined keywords, leading to more hits on its website. PR coverage has appeared in key titles such as thebusinessdesk.com, Insider magazine, The Yorkshire Post, The York Press and bdaily.com.
 
As well as being found more easily on Google, media coverage for Helmsley Group reached over 1million readers in 2018, while Helmsley Group’s development work continues to win awards for its innovation.
